Rapid e-Learning
Rapid e-Learning is a whole new approach to Internet-based training, one that changes the development model, leverages new tools, and dramatically changes the economics of content development and training.
We define Rapid e-Learning as:
  • Courseware that can be developed in less than 3 weeks
  • Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) act as the primary development resource
  • A well-known tool, for example - PowerPoint or user-friendly templates can be the authoring tool for courseware
  • Simple assessment, feedback and tracking are provided
  • Media elements that enhance learning but do not create technology barriers may be included, for example - Voice
  • Learning modules can be taken in one hour or less, often in less than 30 minutes.
Two key elements are quick turn-around time and ease of development.
This method of delivering content is ideally used in delivering solutions in sectors where quick snapshots need to be given in areas of concern that could include Health and Safety, over-the-counter handling customer situation or policies and procedures at the stage of employee induction.

Process

Given the nature of such training, we prefer to work onsite with the HR / Training department and your company’s Subject Matter Experts to deliver content using various authoring tools. These courses are readily deployable on your Learning Management System.
